Communities of Practice
Communities of Practices (CoPs) are learning networks. Through them, people connect on a regular basis to share information, learn from each other and collaborate on community projects.
SLHI provides resources to help make it easier to establish and sustain CoPs. For example, SLHI meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for face-to-face interaction. Also, SLHI maintains www.slhinet.org, where dozens of communities may be actively involved in health and human services collaboration at any given time.
